Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Google Local Services Ads (LSAs) and client invoicing on a recurring, part-time basis.
This role is divided into two core responsibilities: a bi-monthly deep dive into LSA call auditing across multiple service lines, and a monthly, time-sensitive invoicing task on the first of every month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Local Services Ads (LSA) Auditing & Optimization
Frequency: Every other month (Bi-monthly).
Scope: Manage and review approximately 17 service lines.
Tasks:
Listen to recorded LSA calls to evaluate lead quality.
Classify and tag calls accurately based on outcomes (e.g., Scheduled Appointment, Quote Given, Current Customer/Existing Lead, Spam/Wrong Number).
Archive or dispute invalid leads within the Google LSA platform to maximize budget efficiency and secure refunds where applicable.
2. Monthly Client Invoicing & Data Retrieval
Frequency: Monthly (Strictly on the 1st day of every month).
Timing: Must be completed and delivered before 6:00 AM EST on the 1st.
Tasks:
Log into various Google Ads accounts to retrieve and download the previous month’s billing invoices.
Organize and package these invoices so they are ready to go for individual clients immediately.
Ensure absolute accuracy and strict adherence to the early morning deadline.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Google Ads & LSA Experience: Proven experience navigating the Google Local Services Ads dashboard and Google Ads billing interfaces.
High Attention to Detail: Ability to listen to calls critically and accurately categorize them according to specific business metrics.
Impeccable Reliability: Because the invoicing task has a strict 6:00 AM EST deadline on the 1st of the month, absolute punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable.
Strong Communication: Ability to provide clear, organized updates and hand over client-ready files smoothly.
Confidentiality: Comfort handling sensitive client billing and financial data securely.
Project Structure & Compensation
Type: Part-Time, Freelance / Contract.
Hours: Estimated 15-20 hours during LSA audit months; 1–2 hours of highly time-sensitive work on the 1st of every month for invoicing.
